Public Training

We run our public training classes in clean, well maintained buildings. Each student has their own PC or Mac, a comfortable chair, internet access, and great in-house coffee!

Our instructors are training professionals with industry experience in their field. With small classes (average of 5 students, generally no more than 8 or 10) you are assured of individual attention during class, and support for questions during and after class.

With a few exceptions, public classes are scheduled with the most current version of the software. Often, depending on application and version, you may participate in the training using a previous version of the software.

Private Group Training

Training for multiple students can get expensive! Our private group training program is a popular way to keep those costs down.

Here are a few of the problems our private group training can solve:

eLearning Live

roundpeg provides one of the best online training experiences in the industry.

Our online classroom is fast. In fact, we use the same connection in class that we use to do remote production and troubleshooting for our largest clients. Our setup is flexible, too. You view your instructor's desktop in real time, and can even request mouse and keyboard control of that computer. When students need help, the instructor can view and operate their computer, just as they would in the classroom. Other students benefit from the live interaction as well.

Sound quality is limited only to the hardware on your end, so with a modest USB headset (around $20), or even a good speakerphone you'll forget you're working online.

Hourly support
Purchased and billed per hour, this can get you past a stumbling point without waiting for class dates or taking days away from your regular duties. Arranging for this training is easy too...just shoot us an email with your requirements and we'll work up a web-based proposal for you within a day, including the option to pay via our secure online shopping cart.

Blocks of time
For medium-sized projects or ongoing support, you can purchase as little as 8 hours of time to take advantage of a 25% reduction in price, as well more favorable .25 hour billing terms. This money can be used for 1-on-1 training, template design or troubleshooting, really for anything we do.
